Mr. Frank Strupith will speak about this National Guard program, an Alternaative High School for high school drop outs, using a military model.

Service to Veterans: Wreaths Across America Wreath laying ceremoy for veterans at Deschutes Memorial Gardens. Followed by Holiday Brunch/Lunch event

January 9

Service to Veterans: Operation Diaper Bag Baby Shower Baby items  are used to fill diaper bags for female veterans-in-need who will be new mothers.

February 13

Vietnam 50th Anniversary: Nurses in the Vietnam War Carol Elliott and Anne Philiben talk about serving as nurses during the Vietnam War.
