their ancestors. These are their trip reports. If you would like to

| Romania. Iasi : Linda Hugle has been a member of JGSO for seven years. In 1996, Linda and her daughter traveled to Iasi, Romania where her Grandmother, Lilyan Steinfeld Sarnatzky came from, and to Skidel,Poland/Belarus/Russia, the birthplace of her Grandfather, Nathan Sarnatsky. see Romania Map |

| Belarus: Chern'any, Divin, and Minsk Sandra Shapiro traveled to Belarus with her cousins, the Goldberg family from Cleveland, who are actively involved with the Joint Distribution Committee. This organization provides social services for Jews in Europe. The group of twenty family members visited many JDC and Jewish Agency projects, as well as visiting their ancestral shtetls. |
