Begin at south east corner Sellwood; thence north to south line of section 23, T1S R1E; thence to south-west corner of section 24; thence to 1 mile; thence east 1 mile; thence north to a point 150 feet north of Columbia Slough road; thence northwesterly parallel with and 150 feet north of said road to a point 750 ft west of the east line section 6, T1N R1E; thence south to the west line of McKenna Av and extension thereof to center main channel of Willamette river; thence southerly along center said river to west line of section 20, T1N R1E; thence south to south-east corner of section 21; thence east ½ mile; thence south 1 mile; thence east ½ mile; thence south 1 mile; thence east ½ mile; thence south 2 miles; thence east to center main channel of Willamette river; thence southerly along center of said river to point west of south line of Sellwood; thence east to place of beginning.
