William H. Payne

William H. Payne was born in Virginia about 1828. He married Anna (--?--) who was born in Illinois about 1834, some time after 1850. At the time of the 1850 census he was sharing a household with William McClung and A. K. Williams.(2)

At the 1860 census the household contained the following children:(1)
