Genealogical Collection The Society's collection of books and periodicals is held at the the Siuslaw Public Library and is available during the library's open hours. Heritage Quest Online Available to Siuslaw Public Library Patrons! Patrons of the Siuslaw Public Library now have access to Heritage Quest Online, paid for, in part, by the Siuslaw Genealogical Society. To access this database you must have your library card # and PIN #. If you do not know your PIN, please contact library staff. To access Heritage Quest, go the library's card catalog website, Suislaw Public Library, log in with your card and PIN, select "Portal" at the top of the main search screen, and then click on Heritage Quest. Please see the Reference Desk if you have questions. Heritage Quest online provides actual census images, from 1790 to 1930, some census years are indexed, and over 20,000 scanned genealogies and local histories.   Ancestry Library Edition Available at the Siuslaw Public Library! The Siuslaw Public Library now has a subscription to Ancestry Library Edition, paid for, in part, by the Siuslaw Genealogical Society. This database is only available from within the library at any Internet computer. Ancestry provides census images from the U.S. census (1790 to 1930) and United Kingdom censuses, vital records, immigration records, military records, and much more. Come in and check it out!  HOME
