LibraryToledo Public Library houses the largest collection of genealogical materials in Lincoln County. The Library is a member of the Coastal Research Sharing Network, through which it can provide its cardholders in-library and at-home computer access to Heritage Quest data bases. HQ data bases include censuses, books, PERSI, selected Revolutionary War records, and the Freedman's Bank.The Library's hours are:
