As the chapter prepares to decorate the graveside,Mike Lewicki, HODAR, prepares the cement to pour around the DAR Marker to secure it permanantly.
After the Memorial Day Parade
(May 28th, 2002)and picnic; members and families proceeded to the graveside of Elizabeth Funk to mark her grave with a DAR Insignia. After the graveside has been prepared, Cheryl Lewicki, in period dress prepares to begin a prayer service.
The graveside of Elizabeth Funk was found at the German Brethren Baptist Cemetery in Doylestown. Attending the service was (left) Mary Nelson, Sandy McCarthy, Miriam Moyer, and Cheryl Lewicki, and families.
