Little Beaver Township Tax Lists, 1815
Little Beaver Township was formed as part of Beaver County in 1802 from a division of South Beaver Township. In 1820, Greersburg, which later became Darlington Borough, was formed in the southern portion of the township. A division of the township in 1847 formed Darlington Township. The township became a part of Lawrence County when It was created in 1849. Lot numbers are from the 1st District of the Donation lands.
