BUTLER COUNTY DEEDS

     This index covers the deeds on record in the Butler County Courthouse in Butler, PA covering the years of 1800 through 1925.  There are some deeds for the early years of Butler County's existence (pre 1800 up to about 1815) that are held in the Allegheny County Courthouse, so if you don't find what you're looking for here, you may want to check there.  This index has not been proofread and is merely being presented here as an aid for your research endeavors.

     For copies of the deeds referenced by this index, please send an email to us with your request.  Include the surname and given name of the subject you are interested in as well as the Volume and Page Number of the document.  Copies of deeds cost $5.00 for the first deed and $3.00 for each subsequent deed.  This cost includes the postage.  You will receive an email with payment instructions when your request has been filled.   Please include your snail mail address when you send your request.  Allow 4 - 6 weeks to receive your copies.
