Cumberland County Chapter is located in beautiful Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Chartered in July of 1895, our chapter members have a long history of making a difference in the community, our state and the nation.

Would you like to join the DAR?

The DAR welcomes women regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background. Membership is open to any woman over the age of eighteen having direct linear relationshp to an American Patriot.

The National Society web site explains the membership process step by step and lists eligibility requirements. Our members would be happy to help you with your application.
