STOVERI have not been able to trace Johannes STOVER in any family of Stovers in Centre Co. although he obviously belongs there. He was born before 1787, died March 1824, lived in Millheim, Centre Co., as did his wife Catherine REICHERD, d/o Joseph REICHERD. Their children, born in Centre Co. were George, b 1808, sponsor George STOBER, John, b 1810, sp Johannes SCHOENFELD; Anna Maria, b 1810, sp Maria REICHERD; Catherine b 1815, sp Valentine STOVER; Samuel b 1819, sp Henrich REICHERD; Jacob b 1821, sp Thomas HUBLER.
