Before posting your archive material, please make sure that you have:

• read our submission guidelines
• spell-checked your submission thoroughly
• virus-checked your submission
• thoroughly discussed your submission with the regional coordinator
• included your contact details - submissions without contact details will not be included
• included any relevant copyright authorisations
