Deed Abstract: Daniel Snyder and wife to Jacob Liby

The Indenture made the Second day of September in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and Thirty one Between Daniel Snyder of the Township of Bloom in the County of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania and Mary his wife of the one part and Jacob Liby of the Township of Hemlock in the County and State aforesaid Yeoman of the other part, Witneseth, That the said Daniel Snyder and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and ten dollars good, and lawful money of the United States , to their in hand well and truly paid by the said Jacob Liby at and before the ensealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof they do herby acknowledge and there of do quit and forever discharge the said Jacob Libey his heirs, executors and administrators, by these present Have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, ..released and confirmed and by these presents Do grant, bargain, sell, alien, ---release and confirm unto the said Jacob Liby and to his heirs and assigns All that certain ..or Tract of Land situated in Hemlock Township County and State aforesaid bounded and plotted as follows. Viz: Beginning at a pin and running along land of John Ritter south twenty six degrees East forty three perches and six tents to a chesnut oak thence along land of Henry Boust South fifty four degrees west forty four perches to a post. Thence North Eleven degrees west sixty one perches to a post, then along land of Peter Resser North seventy five degrees East Thirty seven perches to a pine the place of beginning containing Thirteen acres and Eighty eight perches and allowance. It being part of a larger Tract of Two Hundred and Eighty six acres and allowances Granted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by Pattent under the great seal bearing date the tenth? Day of May A.D. 1791 conveyed the same to Daniel Montgomery in fee, who with Christian his wife by their Indenture dated the twenty first day of March 1801 conveyed the same to Jacob Vanderbelt, who with Sophia his wife by their Indenture dated the twenty first day of April A. D. 1804 conveyed one hundred and ninety six acres and allowance of said Tract unto John Swartz in fee and the said John Swartz by his Indenture dated the Thirteenth day of April A. D. 1810 conveyed the same to Hnery Boust in fee, and the said Henry Boust and Magdelena his wife, by their Indenture dated the fourteenth? Day of October A. D. 1812 conveyed the above mentioned Thirteen acres and Eighty Eight perches and allowance unto Jacob Raver his heirs and assigns in fee and the said Jacob Raver and Susannah his wife by their Indenture dated the seventh day of January A. D. 1816 conveyed the same to Henry Weaver /Waver? And the said Henry Weaver by his Indenture under his hand and seal bearing date the seventeenth day of January A. D. one thousand eight hundred and sixteen did convey the same to Daniel Snyder a party hereto, said last recited Indenture recorded in the office for recording of Deeds in and for the County of Columbia in Deed Book A., pages 460 & 461 reference being thereunto had doth appears. Together ---all and singular the House, out houses, barns, stables, ways, woods, waters, water courses, rights, liberties, privileges here.
