Submitted by Pegi Males-Nelson via Pamela Myers-Grewell LAST WILL & TESTAMENT OF CHARLES F. CRAIG Be it remembered that I, Charles F. Craig, of the Borough of Sligo, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish, and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills and Testaments hereto-before made by me. First, I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my death. Second, I direct my Executors hereinafter named, to have erected a monument in the family burial plot in Sligo, Pennsylvania, at a cost not to exceed Fifteen hundred Dollars ($1,500). Third, I give to William Craig, Hobart Craig, and Carl Heeter the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) to be held in trust for my daughter, Mabel Craig. These funds are to be expended by the said Trustees for her support and care whenever they consider it proper and necessary to do so. Fourth. All the rest and residue of my estate remaining after payment of my debts, funeral expenses, etc. and the above bequest, shall be divided equally, share and share alike, among my children living at the date of this Will. I direct my Trustees, previously mentioned, to hold in trust the part of portion due my daughter Mabel Craig, for her support and care and expend same when they consider it proper and necessary to do so. All surplus funds shall be invested by said Trustees in Government or other legal investment securities under the laws of Pennsylvania. Fifth. I hereby appoint William Craig, Hobart Craig, and Carl Heeter (sons and son-in-law respectively), to Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct my said Executors to convert all my estate into money and to sell all real estate that I may own at the time of my death either public or private sale and to such person or persons and upon such terms and conditions as they may deem proper, and upon such sale or sales to make proper deeds of conveyance therefor. I direct my Executors to permit my daughter, Mabel Craig, to reside in the family homestead without rent until the property is sold. Craig and J.H. McClaine the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly sworn according to law say they were present and saw Charles F. Craig, deceased, the Testator therein named sign seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his Last Will and Testament, and at the time of so doing, he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.
