WILL OF GEORGE LOHRE
In the name of God Amen. I George Lohre of the County of Somerset in the State of Pennsylvania farmer being weak in body and of sound mind memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this Transitory life do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following to Witt

First it is my Will and I do order that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expenses be duly paid and satisfyed as soon as conveniently can be after my decease I Give and bequeath unto my Son, Andrew J. Lohre my homested farm containing one hundred & forty acres more or less for which it is my desire that my son Andrew J. Lohre Shall pay thereout unto three of my other children herein after mentioned or named the several Sums of money to them Respectively I direct that my son Andrew J. Lohre pay to my son Henry Lohre the sum of four hundred Dollars one hundred thereof three years after the date of this my my [sic] last Will and one hundred yearly thereafter untill the whole four hundred dollars be paid up. I give and bequeath unto my son Joseph Lohre four hundred dollars and direct that my son Andrew J. Lohre pay it as follows one hundred thereof three years after the date of this my Will and one hundred yearly thereafter untill the whole sum be paid. I give and bequeath unto my son George Lohre the sum of four hundred Dollars and direct that my son Andrew J. Lohre pay the same as follows one hundred Dollars thereof three years after the date of this my Will and one hundred dollars yearly thereafter untill the whole sum be paid. I give and bequeath unto my son David Lohre my Sugar Camp Tract of land containing one hundred Acres more or less he paying thereout unto my Daughter Mary Bowman four hundred dollars one hundred dollars thereof three years after the date of this my Will and one hundred yearly thereafter untill the whole Sum be paid and Touching all the rest residue and remainder of my personal of what kind or nature whatsoever the same may be in the County of Somerset aforesaid or elsewere. I desire the same to be sold and divided Equal Among my children. And Lastly I nominate And appoint my sons David Lohre and Andrew J. Lohre to be my Executors of this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal the twenty first day of March one thousand Eight hundred and forty nine. Signed sealed declared and Published by the above named as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us who at his request And in his presence have Subscribed our names as witness thereto.

In the matter of George Lohres Will

I Andrew J. Lohre one of the legatees & heirs mentioned in the above Will in consideration of the agreement with the other heirs of Said decd. except David, to allow me my share of Said estate under the intestate laws do hereby release all or any interest claim bequest or devise made to me in Said instrument as fully & effectually in law and in fact as the same had never been made. Witness my hand & seal

The heirs and Legal representatives of Geo. Lohr Decd. hereby agree in consideration of each one of Said heirs receiving his or her proportion of Said estate render the intestate laws of the Commonwealth to recind and revoke this Will each one releasing his devise bequest or interest therein And the Same to be considered and treated as a Nuelety.
