The Will of John Boyle (s)

"I, John Boyle of the Township of Summit in the County of Crawford and State of Pennsylvania
to make and publish this my last will and testament in ______ and form following that is to say:
First, it is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses by duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my death.
Secondly, I give and bequesth unto my daughter Mary McGuire
all my interest in real estate and personal property whatsoever it may be or when so ever it may be and to her heirs and assigns forever.
Thirdly, I nominate and appoint James McGuire of Summit Township my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former will or wills made by me and making this and no other will to be my last will and testament.
Witness my hand and seal this 30th day of December 1881.
