Research Library

Dauphin-Middle Paxton Historical SocietyText Box: During scheduled open houses, work days, and one hour before our scheduled meetings, our growing collection is open for research. Along with books and documents regarding the local history of the area, a wide variety of photographs depicting Dauphin and Middle Paxton Township's rich history also exist.
There are no research fees for the library, although donations are always welcome. Black and white photocopies cost 50 cents while color copies are $1.00.
Due to our limited staff, we are unable at this time to accept e-mail or mailed research requests.

Note from Library and Museum Committees:

Due to the busy schedule of our usual volunteers, workshops will be held when convenient for those involved.  If you would like to be on the email/call list for work hours, please let us know so that we can notify you of the date and hours in a timely manner. Email Kathy to be added to the email/call list.
