This 15 day of August 1921 at 3:21 p.m.

                                 This   Indenture

              Made the  12  Day of  August  in the year of our Lord

                            One thousand nine hundred twenty one

Between   Langdon Allds and Ina Allds, his wife, parties of the first part

          & Charles Holdson and Minnie Holdson, his wife, parties of the second part.

Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of

the sum of  Eighteen hundred dollars  1800 Dollars, lawful money of

the United States to be paid in hand by the said party of the second part, at

and before the ensealing & delivery of these presents, the receipt & payment

whereof do hereby acknowledge, has granted, bargained, sold, released and confirmed, & by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, release, & confirm unto the said party of the second part, and to their heir and assigns. All that certain   piece and parcel of land situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Erie, State of Pennsylvania. Bounded and described as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a post in the center of the road running from Deaveroux Corners, to the five corners, thence west 81 & ½ º north 2 chains to a post on the west side of the brook. Thence north 80 & ½ º east, 10 & 40/100ths chains to the road leading from Edward Armstrongs to the 5 corners, thence along the south side of said road, north 61 º, east 18 rods & 7 links to a post in the center of the road leading from the 5 corners, Deaveroux Corners, thence west of south along the center of the said road 53 rods & 13 links to the place of beginning, containing about 3 acres of land, be the same, more or less. Being the same piece or parcel of land conveyed by  Francis  Glazier  to  Attre  Huntley.

TOGETHER with all & singular, the rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments & appurtenances whatsoever thereto belonging, & the reversions & remainders, rents, issues & profits thereof; & also all the estate & interest whatsoever of the said party of the first part, in law or equity, of, in, to, or out of the same.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD  the premises hereby granted, or intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto said party of the second part,  their heirs

& assigns, to the use of the said party of the second part,  their heirs, & assigns forever. And the said party of the first part, their heirs, executors & administrators do hereby covenant and agree to & with the said party of the second part  their heirs and assigns, that  they the said party of the

first part  their heirs, the above mentioned & described premises, with the appurtenances, unto said party of the second part against said party of the

first part and their heirs, and against all & every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same of any part thereof shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these presents.

 

In Witness Whereof,  the said party of the first part has  their hand & seal                 the day & year first above written.

Before me, the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace in and for said county, personally came the above named LANGDON ALLDS and INA ALLDS, his wife, and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed, to the end that the same might be recorded as such.
