. . . Also, wanted to let you know that I have had some success with the posting of surnames. Was contacted by a gentleman in Erie who is connected to the Filley and Hinkler families. I sent him all I knew about these families. In return he is sending me what he knows. It seems that his grandmother kept scrapbooks most of her life. In these are clippings that mention the Banister family. So you see, this webpage works! I would never have found this person otherwise.
