I am your new coordinator, Dorothy Miller. I am a resident of Elgin Borough and have lived in the area for the past 12 1/2 yrs. I am employed at Erie Plastics, and Volunteer with the Elgin-Beaverdam Hose Co. I would love to hear from anyone with interesting facts and pictures from Concord Township's past.
