Erie County (PA) Genealogy
County Courthouse & Vital Records Information
This is a special page of links for Erie County, Pennsylvania, to provide County Courthouse information and information about Vital Records in Erie County (PA). We would like this page to be a one stop site for everything about this subject.
Erie County government had done an excellent job in the past of putting together various web site pages about the operation of the courthouse. Unfortunately, the links have been changed around several times and navigation was sometimes difficult. The present Website is vastly improved, and it is once again fairly easy to navigate. There is an excellent page with a summary on how to obtain vital records (see link below).
Where appropriate, other web sites on the subject will also be linked. If you know of site that should be here, please contact Bill Klauk and provide the URL and a description of the site that you would like to see linked.
