Events:

The Colonel Hugh White/Colonel John Chatham Chapter DAR holds meetings at various times and places. Most meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month in September, October, December, March, April, and June. The November meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday because Election Day is the 1st Tuesday; the May meeting is a Saturday luncheon to honor a University ROTC candidate. September and June meetings are dinner meetings held at 5:30pm at a member’s home; October, November, December, March, and April are held at 7:30pm in various community buildings. An assortment of programs are offered as educational opportunities for our members about the community, women’s issues, genealogy and research, our Veterans, honoring students, and learning of our local, state, and national heritage.
