the Altoona Hospital in 1942. Country garden markets, WH&C Wolfe Buick auto Co.
These are a few of the places. My grandparents were Joseph DeMarino and my
father was Clarence (DEMI) Sometimes listed as DeMarini, DeMarino, DeMarni.. Any

My Great-Great Grandfather was John Bryan McCartney. His birth date was March 3,
1823. He married Anna Duncan who was from Indiana County. I have the names of
seven of their nine children. William, Isabele, George, Joseph, Samiel,
Nathaniel, and Henery (my great grandfother). I got this information from the
Family Bible and both John Bryan's, and his son, Henery Prescott's Obituaries. I
also KNow that John B. passed away in La Prairie, Illinois on June 30, 1903.
"Eighty years, three months and twenty-seven days," as is written in his
obituary. I am looking for the names of John B.,s Parents. I know that his
Father was born in Maryland and his Mother was born in Pennsylvania. If you
could help me with my quest I would greatly appreciate it.

I am attempting to do research on husband's family roots. He told me his
grandfather was Alphonso McDowell and he married Elizabeth Barbour McDowell.
Grand dad use to talk to us about his father John McDowell who married Zana
Tolbert. John McDowell was a black slave in Oakland, Mississippi, he was also a
fiddler. He had several children with Zana Tolbert. Their name were Alphonso
McDowell, Rose McDowell, Evadeen McDowell, Dolly McDowell, Louis McDowell,

I am researching the family of Enoch SHIREY and his wife Stella who lived in
Indiana County. They appear in Young Twp. in the 1920 census and also lived in
Center and possible White Twps. Two daughters were Mary and Rose. I believe they

They traveled to NW Ohio and show up there in 1840 Census. I am looking for any
