Veterans' Area

Indiana County men and women have answered their country's call in wartime. Thanks to the contributions of Indiana County Memorial to the Veterans and our hard-working volunteers, the Indiana County Historical Museum has a military heritage exhibit area and a veterans' lounge. In the lounge we also honor the Indiana County combat soldiers who received the Medal of Honor.

In front of the museum are memorial pavers on the Veterans’ Tableau. Through April 1, 2011, the Historical Society is taking orders for additional pavers to be made and added to the existing ones on the tableau. Dedication of the tableau is planned for Memorial Day 2011. See the Memorial Pavers web page for details.
