We are honored to present the following annual awards to area Delaware County Schools:

• Outstanding Achievement in American History
• DAR Good Citizens Awards
• American History Essay Contest Awards

We support our Juniors and the Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.). We also support the DAR schools and several scholarship funds. Our chapter donates the DAR magazine, American Spirit, to local libraries. We collect postage stamps for our veterans. 
We are involved in our community.

Lansdowne Chapter steps lively in the annual Memorial and Independence Day parades in Lansdowne, and we lead the Pledge of Allegiance at these events. Our chapter sponsors a public Flag Day observance. We also participate in NSDAR and PSSDAR sponsored events at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Washington Square in Philadelphia, and Washington's Memorial Chapel and the Bell Tower in Valley Forge, PA. 
A Proclamation for Constitution Week is requested by our chapter to the Borough of Lansdowne.
