  Francis J. Fehrenbach

Francis J. Fehrenbach, 73, of Tiona, Pa., a former resident of New Castle, died at 10:30 p.m. Thursday in Warren General Hospital in Warren, Pa. after a brief illness.


He was born in New Castle Feb. 6, 1896, to the late Andrew and Mary [Agnes] Brinkley Fehrenbach. He was married Oct. 30, 1916, to the former Mary Brinkley [should be Mary Elizabeth Gardner] who died in 1955. 


Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dale (LaVerne Shoaf) of New Castle; a son, H. Grant, with whom he was residing; a sister Mrs. Leo (Mae) Cavander of Pittsburgh; and six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Thomas, in 1956; two brothers, Lawrence and Raymond; and two sisters, Dorothy and Marion Ruth Flynn.


Interment will be in St. Joseph the Worker Church Cemetery
