William Lawrence GARDNER, aged 46, for 20 years a resident of this city died at his home on the Fall Tract after a five week battle with typhoid fever. He was married 19 years ago to
Miss Bridget Welch and she and the following children survive:
Francis, Leo, Hilary, Mary, Clement and Thomas. His parents,
Mr. and Mrs. William Gardner, are living and three sisters and four brothers;
Mrs. Sophia Carson, Mrs. Kate Welch, Mrs. Lillian Mills, Victor, Ex (Francis X.), Vincent
and Lollie (Loyola), all of this city. Interment at
St. Mary's Cemetery.

Gardner aged 46 died in Shenango Twp. on Fri. morning. He was a
son of Mr. & Mrs. William Gardner of that place. He was married 19 years ago to
Miss Bridget Welsh who with six children still survive. The children are:
Francis; Leo; Hillary; Mary; Clement; and Thomas. The following brothers and sisters also
survive: Victor Gardner, X. Gardner, Vincent Gardner, Mrs. Sophie
Carson, Mrs. Kate Welsh, and Mrs. Lilli Mills all of this city. The deceased was a member
of New Castle Tent #230, Knights of the Maccabees in which order he carried
$1000 insurance. He was a member of St. Mary's Church and a citizen who bore the
respect of the whole community.
