Wellhausens mark anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Reed
Wellhausen of 4327 Ellwood-New Castle Rd., who were married March
14, 1923, are observing their 55th wedding anniversary today.
The former Margaret Boyer
and Mr. Wellhausen were married at the bride's home in Ellwood City by the
Rev. Paul Elliott.
The couple have one daughter, Mrs.
Homer (Sara) Black, three grandchildren and six
great-grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Wellhausen are lifetime members of
the Slippery Rock Presbyterian Church of Ellwood City.
Mr. Wellhausen retired from the former Ellwood
Works of U.S. Steel in 1964 after 45 years of service.
