Personally came before me Register for Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, &c., in and for said County Thomas J. Hennon, Jos. S. Hennon subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will of William G. Hennon who being duly sworn according to law, say that they were present and saw and heard the winthin named Testat or sign, by Mark seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of found mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that they subscribed their names to the same as witnesses in the presence of the said Testat or at his request and in the presence of each other.

Personally appeared before me, Register for Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration, &c., in and for said County, Charles W. Hennon who being duly sworn, says William G. Hennon died on the 8 day of December A.D. 189 0, at 12 o'clock P M., aged about 47 years.

I, William G. Hennon of Wayne T.P. in the County of Lawrence and State of Pennsylvania, Yeoman, Being of sound mind, memory, and understanding do make and Publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and first I direct that my body be decently intered in the Slipperyrock Cemmetry.

As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows, viz: Item I give and bequeth to my beloved wife Rebecca Jane Hennon all of my realestate situate in Wayne T.P. Lawrence County Penna containing sixty-six acres more or less during her natural life and allso all of my Personal Property: ? She the said Rebecca Jane Hennon shall not suffer said realestate to waste or get out of reasonable repair: She the said Rebecca Jane Hennon to pay all of my just debts as soon after my decease as practible: and on the decease of my wife said realestate to be divided Share and Share alike Between my "heirs" Charles W. Hennon, James Hennon & George T. Hennon my sons, and my daughters, Sarah E. Hennon now intermarried with William Mayberry, Abbe Ola Hennon, Zoe luanna Hennon & Mary C. Hennon. I hereby appoint my wife executrix of my estate.
In testimony whereof I the said William G. Hennon have to this my last-will and tetament on one sheet of paper I have subscribed my name and affixed my seal with my mark.
Dated the second day of December A.D. 1890

By the said Wm. G. Hennon as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto attest
