View of Lewistown Junction in the 1890s.  Oldest surviving structure
known to have been built by the Pennsylvania Railroad.  Built 1848-49 as
a freight station, it was the scene of a banquet on September 1, 1849
marking the opening of the railroad to Lewistown, county seat of Mifflin
