The original photographs of these views of Lewistown are in deteriorating condition, soon to be unrecognizable. The Mifflin County Historical Society recently had two views of historic Lewistown reprinted. One view shows Lewistown in 1895, other view, from an early painting looking toward the Juniata River from Ard's Ridge, is also of Lewistown but in the 1840s. Both are printed on 11 1/2 x 17 inch heavy stock in either white or antique tan, suitable for framing. The society is offering both views for sale.
