L. Gilmore and Elsie Luella Forker
white persons, who make application for License to solemnize a Marriage
within the County of Mercer; and who being duly sworn according to law,
depose and say, that he was born in Pine Township on the 18th day of March
1872, that he resides at Grove City, Pa that he is by occupation an
Insurance Agent that he is not related by blood or marriage to the person
he is about to marry and has not been married before, and the marriage was
dissolved by*___________.
That she was born in
Harrisville, Pa on the 21st day of Oct 1871 that she resides at
Harrisville, Pa that she is by occupation a Housekeeper and has not been
married before, and the marriage was dissolved by*

The applicants further state
that a marriage has been agreed upon between them, and that no legal
impediments exist to the contraction of said marriage.
