I, DANIEL
BRUNER, of Mill Creek Township, Mercer County, PA., being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, revoking all others made by me at any time.
First, after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, I will and bequeath to my wife,
Mary, the dwelling house and the farm in Mill Creek township on which we reside and the woolen factory there on during the time of her natural life. Also, I give my wife
Mary all the household goods, cows and hogs and poultry that I may have at my death. I also give her my one-third interest in the farm on which my son
William is living. I also will and bequeath her three hundred dollars.
Second to my son Samuel W Bruner give the sum of Fifty dollars.
Third I will and bequeath at the death of my wife Mary that my real estate that is left her during her life time shall be divided share and share (equal) between my son Henry and my daughters
Martha A. Shannon, Sarah E. Reed and Kate Bruner, price of organ $100.00 taken off
Kate's share.
Fourth I will and bequeath to my grandson, Will Opitz my horse and buggy if any and he is to let his grandmother have the use of the same whenever she wants them.
Fifth I will and bequeath that at my death that all of the remainder of my personal property and money not otherwise disposed of shall be divided share and share alike between my son
Henry and daughters Martha A. Shannon, Sarah E. Reed and
Kate Bruner. This means money, notes, stock in factory, accounts, etc. etc.
Sixth having given my son William the deed for a farm for his share.
Seventh I will and bequeath at my death the Montgomery farm to
Rebecca J. Opitz as her share.
Eighth at the death of my wife Mary, the household goods is to be divided equally between my son
Henry, Martha A. Shannon, Rebecca J. Opitz, Sarah E. Reed and Kate Bruner.
Ninth Any one of the heirs raising a disturbance shall be entirely erased from the will and receive nothing.
Tenth I do hereby appoint my sons Henry and William Bruner to settle up the estate at my death and also at my wife's death to thihs my last will and testament desiring if possible that they settle the same without taking out letters.

Eleventh Codicil
And if my wife desires that my real estate by sold I hereby authorize my executors to sell and convey the same.
Twelfth I hereby revoke that part of above will as to appointment of my son
Henry C. and William Bruner as executors and appoint son
Henry C. Bruner and A. D. McCracken executors of this my last will.
