Mrs. Mary E. Davies,
who had been ill for some time with consumption at her home on Mosquito
hill, north of town, died last Thursday, [22 Feb 1900].She is survived by her husband, James Davies.Funeral services conducted by Rev. W.W. Dale
were held at the M. E. Church Sunday afternoon, interment following in Oakwood
Cemetery.
