Russell Vaughn


		Russell Vaughn Russell was a farmer with a real estate value of $6,000 and a personal estate worth $1,500. He came to Mercer County about 1848 and built and operated a mill in Mercer County for 20 years. He married Susan Carson on February 26, 1847 in Trumbull, Ohio.
