M.—Licensed to preach, 1859; admitted on trial In the Allegheny Conference, Wesleyan Methodist Church, in which Church he was received into full connection and ordained deacon and elder; received on his credentials into the Erie Conference, Methodist Episcopal Church, 1868, his orders being recognized; deceased, Shippensville, Pa., June 10, 1882.

Appointments.—1860, Mesopotamia and Middlefield: 1861-5, Sandy Lake; 1866-7, Martinsburg; 1868, Putneyvllle; 1869-71, Troy; 1872-3, Clarion; 1874-6, Callensburg; 1877-8, Salem, Clarion Co.; 1879-81, Shippensville.
