Scott F. Hershey was the tenth pastor at the First Presbyterian Church, New Castle.  He served the congregation from 1908-1912.

Scott F. Hershey was a minister with the Shenango Presbytery in 1908 when the photo at right was taken.  He began serving the New Castle 1st Presbyterian Church in 1908.
