Barbecue beef in beer 1-2 lbs beef chunks ( can also use pork or 1/2 of each) 1 bottle barbeque sauce 1 bottle water(fill the barbeque sauce bottle with water) 1 thinly sliced onion 1 bottle beer (14 or 16 oz. whatever they are) Put all into a crock pot (or iron pot on top of stove) bring all to a slow boil. Then turn heat to low. Cook for about three hrs. Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or on a hard roll with french fries. This came from one of my Hospice clients. It is GOOD!
