Overnight Chicken Casserole This recipe is not at all "labor intensive" just put it together the night before, and the next day bake it. 2 cups. diced chicken 2 cups UNcooked macaroni 2 cans mushroom soup 1 can milk (use can from soup) 1-13 oz can chicken broth 1 small onion chopped 1/2 green pepper 1 2oz. jar pimento 1 5 oz can sliced water chestnuts 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese Mix all together pour into a 9x13 pan.
