Chocolate cake with Cherries

1 pkg. devils food cake
1 can dark cherries
1 can eagle brand milk ( not evaporated milk)
about 3/4 cup chocolate morsels

bake cake according to directions. While cake is baking, heat chocolate morsels and 
eagle brand milk together stirring occasionally till morsels are melted.
when cake is cool, pour some of chocolate on first layer ( don't smooth it out, just 
let it drip down the sides) then add can of drained cherries. Second layer then more 
chocolate.
 
If you use a 9x13 pan. You can frost it in the pan and pass the cherries at the table.
