John B. Wesley



First subject to the payment of my just debts. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ellen Wesley forever all my real estate consisting of house and lot at Irish Lane, and all of my household goods. She is to mak no other claim. Second to my son Ira Wesley, and my son Charles Wesley, and my Daughter Keziah Long, each one hundred and twenty-five dollars. After my funeral expences. Doctor bill is paid, and tombstone or monument is set at my grave the balance of my estate to be equally devided between my wife Ellen Wesley and my son G. F. Wesley.

I do nominate constitute and appoint my son G. F. Wesley sole executor of this my last will and testament and direct that my said son shall not be required to file an inventory of any personal estate nor any account as executor.

In witness whereof I John B. Wesley the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of December A. D. 1902.


Signed Sealed published and declared by the said John B. Wesley as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereunto in the presence of the said testator and of each other. Retta Wesley Maude Culver
