I, N. F. Bulford, of Lake township in the county of Luzerne and state of Pennsylvania, Farmer, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding do make and publish this, my last will and testament.
And first, I will to my son John F. Bulford one half of my farm that I now live on, providing he takes care of his mother and the small children become 21 years of age.
And the other half of my farm to my son Oliver Bulford. In case my son Oliver Bulford should die before he becomes 21 years of age, then John F. Bulford shall have the whole of my farm that I now live on by paying Fifty 00/100 dollars each to the balance of my children.
In case John F. Bulford should die before Oliver Bulford is 21 years then Oliver to have my farm by paying the rest of the children Fifty 00/100 Dollars each.
I also leave Five hundred 00/100 to be placed on interest in the bank to be used on the Farm to buy Fertilizers or anything they may need on the Farm.
In case mineral is discovered on my farm, that each of my children shall share alike in the minerals.
Lastly. I appoint my wife Augusta Bulford administrator to this my will, written set my hand and seal this First day of Mach (1905) One Thousand nineteen hundred and five.
