TO ALL PEOPLE to whom Presents may Come Joseph Barclay son of William Barclay of Little Britain Township deced. Who died Intestate Sendeth Greeting
WHEREAS by an order of Orphans Court the Plantation & Tract of Land Situate in the Township aforesaid late the Property of my said Father (Containing about Six Hundred & Sixty Six Acres be the Same more or less who died leaving a Widow & Several Children was Appraised to John Barclay Eldest Son of the said Deced at and for the Sum of Seven Hundred Pounds Lawfull Money of Pennsylvania
KNOW YE that the said Joseph Barclay for and in Consideration of the Sum of Fifty one Pounds Seventeen Shillings and an half Penny being the Share & Part of him the said Joseph Barclay in the Plantation aforesaid) in hand paid by the said John Barclay at and before the Sealing and delivery hereof have granted released remised and by these Presents do remise release discharge grant bargain and sell all his Estate Right Title Interest Benefit and Demand whatsoever which the said Joseph Barclay may have or claim of in or to the said Premises for any part thereof
Saving and excepting his Distribute Share of the Estate at the Death of the Widow and also release all Actions Suits and Demands which he the said Joseph Barclay his Executors and Assigns may have concerning the same

LANCASTER COUNTY SS: Before me the Subscriber one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for sd. County came Joseph Barclay in the within written Instrument named & Acknowledged the Same to be their Act and Deed and desired that as such the same might be recorded Witness my hand and Seal November Twenty Fifth 1773.
