THIS DEED, Made this first day of March 1937, BETWEEN Effie Cramer Miles and Lloyd V. Miles, her husband, of Drumore Town-ship, Lancaster County, Pa., Kathryn Cramer Pollock and Raymond Pollock her husband. of same place, only children (and,their husbands) of Ida Bair Cramer, deceased, and John Cramer (widower), surviving husband of said decedent (same place); Sadie G. Bowman (single), Roy A. Bowman and Anna M. Bowman his wife; Dora Bowman Emmert and Lloyd Emmert her husband, all of Lancaster City, Pa., the only children and their spouses, of Lizzie Bair Bowman, widow, late deceased, of same place; Harry E. Bair and Irene I. Bair, his wife, Francis Bair and Eleanor L. Bair, his wife, the only children (and their wives) of Elmer Bair, deceased; and Kate M.Bair, widow of said Elmer Bair, all of the City of Philadelphia, Pa.; and Jacob Bair and Mary Bair his wife, both of Philadelphia City, hereinafter called grantors, being the heirs at law of William Bair (widower), deceased, late of Drumore Township, Lancaster County, Pa., deed., hereinafter called the Grantors, and John Cramer of Drumore Township, Lancaster County, Pa., hereinafter called the Grantee,

WITNESSETH, That in consideration of One Dollar, in hand paid, the receipt whereof his hereby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby grant and convey to the grantee his heirs land assigns,

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract and parcel of land improved by a small stone dwelling house etc., in the Township of Drumore, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania" bounded and described as follows: on a public road leading from Fishing Creek to Rawlinsville, BEGINNING at a point in other lands of said John Cramer, thence by the same south 85 degrees east 13 and 2/10 perches to a point in land, formerly of Samuel Long but now of Clarence Carter; thence along the same south 2 degrees east 11 and 3/4 perches to a stone, formerly a black-oak tree at a point where lands of said Samuel Long (now Clarence Carter) and lands formerly of Samuel seip1e (now Ralph Armstrong) meet; thence north 44 degrees west 17 and 1/10 perches along 1ands formerly of said Samuel Seiple now of Ralph Armstrong to the said lands of John Cramer the place of beginning.

IT BEING the same premises which Levi Harris and wife by their deed dated April 1856, heretofore produced, granted and conveyed unto the said William Bair his heirs and assigns forever. And the said William Bair died intestate, a widower, October 19, 1893, (See Death Affidavit Book D, Vol. 1, page 415), leaving to survive him several children

(See Miscellaneous Book, Register of Wills Office 1896--7 pp.73 and 74) to wit; named Jacob Bair now of 2205 S. 71st St., Phil. Pa. and the following since deceased: Elmer Bair, Ida and former wife of John Cramer. grantee. & Lizzie Bowman, No. 748 & 1/2 Marietta Avenue Lancaster, Pa., Whereupon the said premises (inter alia) by virtue of the intestate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania came and descended unto them as his heirs at law; The said Lizzie Bair Bowman died a widow, Dec. 16, 1936--Intestate, leaving to sur-vive her three children, Sadie Bowman (single), Roy Bowman (his wife Anna Bowman) & Dora Bow-man Emmert (husband Lloyd Emmert) to whom their mother's share in said premises came and descended, under the law. And the said Ida Bair Cramer died intestate Sept. 25, 1935, leaving to survive her said John Cramer (husband) and two children, Effie Cramer Miles and Kathryn Cramer Pollock to whom said Ida Bair Cramer's share came and descended; husbands-Lloyd V, Miles & Raymond Pollock. And said Elmer Bair died intestate January 1, 1936, leaving to survive him two sons Harry Bair now of Philadelphia and Francis Bair same place (wives Irene Bair & Eleanor Bair) & his widow Kate M, Bair to whom Elmer Bair' s share then came and descended, under the law;

THE said Grantors do hereby covenant that they will specially warrant the pro-perty hereby conveyed, IN WITNESS WHEREOF the grantors have hereunto set their hands and

Miles her husband; Kathryn Cramer /Pollock and Raymond Pollock her husband; and John Cramer, widower, the heirs at law of Ida Bair Cramer deceased, and acknowledged the foregoing deed to be their act and deed and desired the same to be recorded as such according to law.
