THIS DEED, Made the 19th day of May in the year Nineteen Hundred and Thirty seven (1937), BETWEEN John Cramer, single man, of Drumore Township,Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, party of the first part. hereinafter called Grantor, and John M. Adams and
Katharine C. Adams, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
parties of the second part, hereinafter called Grantees;
WITNESSETH, That in consideration of
Seven Hundred ($700.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
said grantor does hereby grant and convey to the said grantees, as tenants by the entireties,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situated in Drumore Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Beginning at a pointed limestone in a corner of land now or late of John A. Boyd
land Samuel. Long; thence by land of said Samuel L. Long South four (4) degrees thirty-four
(34) minutes West twelve hundred twenty-one and nineteen one-hundredths (1221.19) feet to the
middle of a public road leading from McCalls Ferry to Fairfield; thence along the middle of said road South eighty-nine (89) degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes West twenty-seven and one -tenth (27.1) feet to the middle of an intersection with another public road running from Fish-ing Creek to Marticville; thence along the middle of said last mentioned road North twenty-nine (29) degrees thirty-one (31) minutes West one hundred eighty-one and forty-four one-hun-dredths (181.44) feet to a point; thence along land now or late of Samuel Seiple North thirty-eight (38) degrees forty-three (43) minutes West eight hundred sixty-eight and thirteen one-hundredths (868.13) feet to a pointed limestone in the corner of land of John A. Boyd; thence along same North seventy-four (74) degrees seventeen (17) minutes East five hundred fifty-nine
and ninety-three one-hundredths (559.93) feet to the middle of the public road last mentioned; thence along same North eighteen (18) degrees eighteen (18) minutes East two hundred fifty-two and five-tenths (252.5) feet to land now or late of John A. Boyd; thence along same South leighty-six (86) degrees twenty-six (26) minutes East, one hundred thirty-hine and thirty-five
one-hundredths (139.35) feet to the place of Beginning, Containing nine and four hundred sixty' nine one-thousandths (9.469) acres, as per survey made by Edward Edgerley, registered engineer
in December, 1936.
BEING all of the same premises which B. F. Bard et ux., by their deed dated
February 28th, 1906, and recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Lancaster County in Deed
Book D, Volume 18, Page 203, granted and conveyed to the Grantor herein, and also all of the
Same premises which all the heirs of William Bair, deceased, by deed dated March 1st, 1937,
and intended for immediate record, granted and conveyed to Grantor, the deed to William Bair from Levi Harris et ux., dated April 1856, having been established by proceedings in the Court
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and
year first above written.
