John Beam one of the executors named in the last will & testament of John Spence late of Conestoga township dec'd having stated and filed in the registers office at Lancaster the Admin; acct on the estate of the said dec'd and legal notice there of being given by the said Register a copy of the same is now presented to the court for confirmation whereby it appears that the said account was duly passed by said Register and that there remains a balance in favor of said account of $49.47 1/2 The court on due examinaton there of and advisment had there on approve the estate of said dec'd in favor of said accountant
