Image Gallery To Do 9/15/99 Completed: Things to Do 09/06/99 Wow, there have been a lot of updates lately! We have a new look for the Settler pages. Plus, we have two new Settler Pages. Namely, Setters IX and Settlers X. I've updated the copyright info page with a note from Bob and a special thank you to the kind soul and former Sullivan County Coordinator, Sheila. There are now bio's on both Bob and myself on the About Us page. A lot more needs to be done, and we're both ready for the challenge! 08/16/99 Bob's submitted another Settler's page, entitled "The Descendants of Patrick MacDonald and Catherine Burns". It's up with pictures! I'm checking the page to see if I have all the required "elements" that a GenWeb page should have. If you see something amiss, please bring it to my attention. You can e-mail me at richwere@bellatlantic.net, of course. I am in the midst of giving the Settlers Page's a face lift. Settlers Page I is now redone. And, I'm working on Settler's Page II. I will get the original scans of the pictures up soon. That way, you can see the pictures in better detail. I'm going to upload a big list of obituaries, although I have no source. I assume it's from a newspaper of the time. It seems to cover more than just Sullivan County. I'll have to ask Bob. As soon as I get some more information in the mail, I will be putting up a page devoted to the Sullivan County Historical Society. Namely, hours of operation, the facilities, the people, etc. Things to do: 08/15/99 The page is coming along nicely. The "front page" is almost complete. Still checking on cross browser functionality, especially with the drop down hierarcial menu. There's no reason why it would have a problem with Netscape 4.x, but my version doesn't seem to like it or the javascript Search feature on the Search page. I borrowed the Search from one of my other pages, where it worked great with both MSIE 3.0 and Netscape 3.0. Argh! Completed Sections:
