Our Mission:
To encourage an active interest in the study of genealogy
and related interests, by our members and the general public;
To promote the preservation of genealogical and historical data of
western Pennsylvania's Allegheny-Kiski River Valley;
To copy, index and publish records, documents, inscriptions and other genealogical
and historical information, for the use of members and the general public;
To assist in the enhancement of the
Local History Department at Community Library of Allegheny Valley;
To provide educational programs and workshops that will raise the standards of research.
