My favorite site is the Michigan Department of Public Health which are currently posting ALL of the Michigan deaths records from 1867 to (1883) who know's how far they will get until their money runs out. The Michigan State Library is in charge of this massive project with the help of every Genealogy Club located in Michigan. Right now I'm indexing the 1887 deaths. The URL is http://www.mdch.state.mi.us/ and look for vital records. Eldon Hills of Petersburg, Mi. ehills@cass.net

rootsweb.com/~nyorlean . Is a very good site and has been of great help to me in search for my ancestors. I recommend it highly. Don Bottom - This is the Orleans County NY USGenWeb Site

My 2nd most useful is Dutch Colonies. Many Bradford Co families came from what were once the Dutch Colonies. Researchers on the list are very professional, very helpful and stay on subject, with little drifting off. They are at Dutch-Colonies@rootsweb.com Cal Emery (This is a mail list rather than a web site)

Here are some sites that I have used in the past that I'm sure may help you. I hope you can use them. Good Luck !!! John L. Sullivan

My favorite sites are your of course, then the Genweb Project, Bureau of Land Management-Eastern States, Family Tree Maker's genealogy: Internet and many many more. Keep me in mind if you ever come across a Phineas MILLS who lived in Chemuga Co., NY 1820-1850. Had a son George W. MILLS b. 1824 who married Cynthia LACLAIR. Thanks, Cheryl Shaffer (URLs not given)

Next to yours, I like the Cumberland River (KY) rootsweb site. Well, I guess I like the chatter it creates best of all. Everyone is very helpful to each other. Just ask the question and you get all these lookups and hints. I really have a feel for that part of the country now, and I have never been there.

Some of the surname lists are helpful but the Moore one is overwhelming. You get 7 or more big posts a day and you can't keep up with it. Very repetitive, too. I hope no one recommends it. Margie Bridges (These are Mail lists also)
