Driving Tour Long Branch Municipality area - Jackman-Herron-Phillips

Submitted by Charleroi Historical Society

The Long Branch Grange Building, Long Branch PA

The Long Branch Grange - still in existence - is in the process of having the Fallowfield Twp. Grange merge with it.
Fallowfield sold their building not long ago due to dwindling membership.
Turn off of Dally Road and onto Chestnut Street. The Grange is located out that road.

Then, I rode back and turned onto Mt. Tabor Road, and went to the stop sign, (look to your left to see the old Jackman house). Turn right, which takes you to the Long Branch Borough Building, which used to the old school house.
Continue on that road and you will see on your right the Phillip's Dr. sign .... Phillip's Dr. road sign .... at the end of that lane was where the Herron's old homestead once was.
